To request support or to report a bug please complete the form below, providing as much information about your problem as possible.

Please also provide links to the pages upon which the problem can be seen, or that are required to get to the problem.

Doing so will allow the IT team to immediately visit the right place instead of having to make educated guesses and search for certain pieces of text, if they're not familiar with the part of Empirical in question.

A link to the page from which you came has been automatically included. Even if it happens to not be relevant, too many is better than too few.

If none of the above methods work, or you find yourself without access to a web browser, you can also submit tickets by email:

  • If you are reporting an Empirical incident or bug that is currently stopping people from working, please email: critical@fts.zendesk.com
  • To request Empirical information, a new Empirical feature, Empirical account queries (including creating new accounts), or to report minor Empirical issues that aren't currently stopping anyone from working, please email: empirical@fts.zendesk.com
  • To request Scheduling System information, a new feature development, or to report any Scheduling System bugs, please email: scheduling@fts.zendesk.com
